Nigerian rapper and YBNL boss Olamide has teamed up with his former protégé Asake for a highly anticipated new single titled "99". The track, which also features Seyi Vibez, Young Jonn, and British singer Daecolm, dropped today as a preview from Olamide’s upcoming self-titled album, Olamidé, set to release on June 18, 2025.

"99" is a vibrant blend of Afrobeats and street-hop, produced by Willis, and showcases the dynamic chemistry between Olamide and Asake. Their reunion on this track has sparked excitement among fans, especially given Asake's recent departure from YBNL to launch his own label, Giran Republic.

The single has already made waves on streaming platforms, climbing to #3 on the Nigerian Apple Music Top Songs Chart . The accompanying music video is expected to be released in the coming days, further building anticipation for the album.

Olamide's Olamidé album will feature 17 tracks, including previously released singles like "Hello Habibi," "Metaverse," and "Uptown Disco," the latter of which also features Asake and Fireboy. With "99" already making a significant impact, fans are eagerly awaiting the full album's release.
